The back facade of the north side (concessions, bathrooms, etc.) from old FIU Stadium will remain for now, but as you can see in the photo below, the cement in front of the facade is being ripped out for when they build the new north side of the stadium. In the photo above, the blue railing from the old north bleachers is also coming down.
