New FIU men's soccer coach Kenny Arena was named one of the best hires among college soccer coaches by Top Drawer Soccer.com because of his knack for recruiting. Top Drawer Soccer.com also named Arena as one of the new head coaches who will have the biggest challenge this season due to his late hiring.

T.Y. HILTON NOT COOL IN LOUISVILLE
Former FIU star receiver and current Indianapolis Colt T.Y. Hilton was voted one of the 16 "Least Cool Persons" by the Card Chronicle.com.
The website, which covers the Louisville Cardinals, put together a tournament of the 16 least cool people that went against one of the Cardinals' teams. If you recall Hilton torched the Cardinals for 201 receiving yards and two touchdowns in FIU's 24-17 win last September. FIU hosts Louisville this coming Sept. 22 at FIU Stadium.
In the first round of the tournament, Hilton went against Kentucky basketball coach John Calipari and lost in the voting 90% to 9%. That came as no surprise considering Kentucky is a basketball state.
